Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 amโ6 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. Naples is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Naples is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

As a local realtor and someone who has been with this club for a few years with my family I can genuinely say weโve loved every part of being members. The amenities, the food(the head Chef and assistant make delicious food!), the drinks, the eventsโฆ all fantastic. But the real star for us? The boat to the beach. One of the main reasons that we joined I think, and Itโs hands down one of the best perks in Southwest Florida considering we don't have to fight for parking. Iโm also the president of the Mercedes-Benz Club here in SWFL, and we regularly host our Cars & Coffee meet-ups at the club. Itโs been such a bonus for our members, and John and Alyssa always go above and beyond helping me set everything up. John, the GM, is excellent. Super nice, candid, polite. Alyssa, the Director of Membership, has been a phenomenal addition, and Kadie has been wonderful as well. The entire staff is consistently welcoming, polite, and on point. If I had to change anything (so no one thinks this glowing review was bribed with good cocktails), Iโd say I wish the gym were a bit larger with more equipment. That said, I knew what to expect, and it still gets the job done. And everything was recently

When I first joined many years ago the club was beautiful. Now itโs very understaffed, the pool is disgustingly dirty all the time, the bathrooms are not cleaned enough and the tiki is rarely open. Servers used to come to the pool and around the pool asking if we wanted food or drinksโฆ..that stopped. Now we have to search for servers and then wait up to an hour for food! The pool was never cleaned properly after the hurricane. Itโs always cloudy. Itโs gone totally downhill. I regret rejoining this year but definitely will not waste my money in the future.

Service is terrible here. Trying to enjoy some drinks and food at the tiki but there is nobody here. Again. Generally there never seems to be enough staff at this place. Always some excuse for why but when itโs happening everyday then it seems like somebody would realize the plan is failing. Nope - they donโt. Or they donโt care. Especially hard to take when at the end the meal thereโs a service charge of 20% plus included

Joined friends who live here, we thoroughly enjoyed the club, pool, and tiki bar. The amenities are top notch and the staff are especially helpful and all very pleasant. If simply looking for a self contained resort experience...one need look no further! An all around delightful community.

Went from bad to worse! Hurricane caused the shuttle to beach to stop running which I understood however they raised the dues by almost $1000 a year. When I complained the mgr told me that if that $$ mattered to me I didnโt belong in this club! Poor service and poor food quality anywayโฆand too many people for the number of chairs at the pool! Adios MF!
